We have a dedicated function suite that can be hired on an exclusive use basis for up to 90 guests seated. Or for a stand-up canapé and drinks reception we can cater for up to 150 guests. A minimum spend applies to all exclusive-use function suite reservations. This is dependent on the day and time and prices can be seen below. This value is a required minimum spend for food and/or beverages during the event. Not to be included within this spend – furniture hire, entertainment, decorations and similar. There is no room hire fee. A service charge of 10% will be applied to your final bill (this can form part of your minimum spend).
Although we are closed on Sunday we can offer exclusive-use on these days with a minimum spend starting from £2,000. To hire the function suite during Monday – Saturday a minimum spend of £1,000 applies.
We are very flexible and offer a variety of menu lengths as well as catering for any special requests. We will discuss with you your requirements and write a bespoke menu for the event.
Whilst we are unable to offer a choice of dishes we are able to cater for all special dietary requirements (including Halal for the entire party). We ask that any guest’s dietary requirements are made known to us at least one week prior to the event.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the minimum spend is required to secure a reservation.
The remaining 50% minimum spend or the invoice balance (if greater) is due no less than two weeks prior to the event. These payments can be made by BACS transfer, cash or card. Additional extras need to be settled on the evening by cash or card.
A final confirmation of party numbers is required two weeks before the event. Any reduction in numbers (within two weeks) will be charged at the full menu price.
